Citrus Sunrise Salad Dressing

We love this recipe because it’s impossible to mess up and really easy to throw together. And, chances are you already have most of these ingredients on hand. Instead of shaking up the dressing in a jar, we recommend whisking it in a bowl so that the kombucha doesn’t get too frothy. Other than that, there’s really no secret to it. We’ve found that this citrus vinaigrette recipe pairs well with both creamy foods like avocado, and bitter greens like chard and arugula.

Kombucha Citrus Vinaigrette Recipe - Better Booch

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 cup olive oil 
  • 1/8 cup Citrus Sunrise
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard 
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon 
  • 1/2 tsp honey 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper to taste 

 

Method:

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Finish with fresh cracked pepper.

 

Tools needed:

  • Cutting board
  • Sharp knife
  • Whisk
  • Measuring cups and spoons

 

Pair this recipe with:

  • Freshly sliced avocado and grapefruit
  • Sustainably harvested pan roasted salmon
  • Your favorite salad (pairs especially well with bitter greens like kale, chard, and arugula)
  • Roasted beets
